ok, i figured out why it was wandering, because i had not put it together properly and the servo was misaligned. So i did it. solved this puzzle

the trick is to attach a micro motor to the circuit board to trick the system into thinking its normal and then to run the motor and a separate esc/ receiver. Right now im running the stock motor at 7.4 and have full AI. I can still make it faster even much more, but for now i will enjoy testing more. I hope you all learned something and some great cars come from this research.
