Hairpin

I wasnt the one that originally suggested this in the comments on kickstarter, however i think we all like the idea of the hairpin as a track option.



Discuss your ideas on having a hairpin to use in Real FX, i think its a section of track that requires a degree of skill to get around successfully. Its definately a game changer whilst racing.

I really liked this idea when I first saw it but Graeme's response about the minimum turning circle of the cars got me thinking it may not work in RC (even assisted) as well as it does with slot cars.

With slot cars you could really get some controlled drift around these with a bit of practice but I'm not sure if the AI could keep up with it, it may end up just a really slow turn at full lock, any quicker and you'd spin off?

I was thinking about this as well while I was posting the topic.
I thought this may have been the case, however its worth posting I think.

Yeah for sure mate, everything is worth posting, I'm no expert just thinking out loud. If they can make it work I'd love it.
