Is Real FX still going?

I'm intending to buy the starter set, a pro builder set plus two additional cars and controllers for my three boys to play with, with their Dad this Christmas 2016.
I have noticed that the main retailers in the UK do not seem to be restocking Real Fx and I can only find it available in a couple of the big shops online.
Is Real FX still in production?
If I commit £250 to this AI set, will there be customer services support still available in 6 months time?

I don't think so. The support email is no longer responding and it was really excellent. Maybe the whole thing has been acquired by hot wheels?

I would buy 2 starter kits when the price hits ~ £30 each on Amazon and then take your chances?
