Is ReatFX Racing Defunct?

I bought one of these sets for our grandchildren at Christmas (2017). Now I have the "car runs in circles" issue and can't seem to find anyone to contact to get "the fix".

Is RealFX Racing defunct? Has all support disappeared? Has the company been sold and gone bankrupt?

The company sold/licenced the design to hotwheels and is now sold as hotwheels AI so unfortunately for us it seems we're out of luck as far as support goes

Buy a few HWAI cars and never worry about it again, or buy a starter pack from E bay cheap, and get extra track too!
